Frenetic pace, culture challenged to adapt
Senior Manager (Current Employee), Mississauga, ON – April 16, 2013
Pros: free parking
Cons: extremly long hours
Samsung is a company that is growing at a tremendous pace. Consequently, the infrastructure is challenged to adapt. The pace is extremely fast paced, and it is essentially to be able to switch gears and adjust to the crisis of the moment. I have learned the nuances of the consumer electronics business and the challenges of continuing to grow in a viciously – more... competitive market. I have been privileged to lead a great team, and to help them grow in their career development. – less

great company one who always looks for new development
regional field manger (Current Employee), london, milton keynes, manchester – May 19, 2013
Pros: free samsung devices to use
Cons: really long hours
A day at work consists of lots of new consumers interested in the product and need that perfect trust and knowledge as to how buying the product would be helpful in their daily life and make their complex tasks more simple. The part I have learned is people remember you as the magic the face of the brand and your behaviour goes a long way in there love – more... or hate for the brand, it was a great pleasure managing a team of talented individuals and also sets new challenges and pressure on each other to excel. The hardest part of the job is the long 11 hours shift one has to put in 5 days a week but the most enjoyable part is when a consumer comes weeks after buying a producat and shakes your hand and gives you a smile for helping them make the right choice. – less
