Deputy General Manager (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON10 November 2017
This is a difficult place to work in a very structured environment. There is no flexibility. It is best to come to work and act like a robot and do what is asked of you.

Great company to work for. I would recommend it to anyone interested in some security and fair pay (who isn't). Have to be on your toes but well worth it.

Good salary but no benefits as a contractor. Experience can vary depending on the group you are in, and who you report to. Some groups invest in their team members, others do not. You can sometimes do something new, other times not. There is a term limit for contractors of 18 months.

cafeteria food is good

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Montréal, QC19 March 2017
Dealing with customer complaints can be difficult on an emotional level sometimes, but the team is very supportive, and will definitely help you if you encounter escalations with customers that are harder to deal with than others. The overall experience is a great opportunity to build character, confidence, and logical thinking.

Honestly working at samsung was a learning exprience the manager was a piece of work. You wont have a life just work all the time. Constanty demanding to make unfair sales goals.

My previous job helped me to gain knowledge and confidence in regards to my work. The co-workers are so nice and helpful.
Service Technician (Former Employee) –  Edmonton, AB16 February 2016
My previous job helped me to gain knowledge and confidence in regards to my work. The co-workers are so nice and helpful. The hardest part of the job is to work for long hours during busy days. You do not have time to take regular break intervals from your work but in other ways it helps you to gain skills from your work.
