Premier Admin Analyst (Former Employee) – Santry – 20 May 2014
I had a great experience working on the Salesforce campaign. In my last two years I worked as a Premier Admin Analyst and this is the area where I feel I gained the most valuable experience as I had a lot of responsibilities and dealt with the biggest companies using the Salesforce CRM. What made my experience even more enjoyable was my co-workers and my managers as we all had a very close relationship. My managers were also the best I ever had the pleasure of working with as they were friendly, helpful firm at times but always fair and very approachable which I think it is not always easy to find. The hardest part of the job was getting to learn all of the Salesforce features as Salesforce has a vast amount of information and detail and we also all had to take certifications (201,301,401) which were extremely hard to pass. The easiest part of the job was communicating with customers, as they were mostly System Administrators of very important companies and most of the time they were extremely courteous and easy to deal with. Also I would like to outline that my workplace was extremely friendly which made it very easy to work in.
Business Development Apprentice (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 10 March 2017
Great learning experience, was able to learn from all the great business minds I was surrounded by. As an intern I made sure to be as involved as possible and pick as many senior sales executives brains in order to get the most out of the experience.
Customer Intelligence Analyst (Former Employee) – Dublin, ON – 24 February 2017
If you are prepared to work in an exponential-growth environment with fast career progression, Salesforce is for you! The work environment radiates a great vibe. People are generally friendly and helpful, particularly when starting out in your job. The motto at Salesforce is "work hard- play hard".
great perks, good pay, somewhat flat hierarchies
confusing structures at times (probably a growth-related problem)
Business Development Representative Intern (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 2 August 2016
I thoroughly enjoyed my employment at salesforce. I learned a lot during my apprenticeship and look forward to continuing my career in sales. Though my work in cloud computing and Saas as well as CRM it enabled me to gain a vast knowledge to get a foot in the door for Saas Sales
Good company with no Job security and with poor management
Technical Support Engineer (Current Employee) – Toronto – 27 March 2013
When I got the opportunity in, I am very excited. But with such a poor management team, I don't know what is the future of the employees. Job security is very low in Salesforce, you never know when you get pink slip and you don't know why they are giving it.
good product and growth.
poor management, low job security, very poor hr department.
