Sales Account Manager

We are currently looking for a sales Account Manager to join our team.


  • Prospecting, networking and cold calling to develop new customers.
  • Carefully qualify new customer opportunities
  • Develop solutions that meet client needs within the service capabilities of our Client
  • Ensure solid volume growth by exceeding Sales budgets and targets.
  • Negotiate and close customer contracts.
  • Maintain, and further develop existing customer relationships
  • Diligently use our CRM system to track all interactions with prospects and customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.


  • A passion for sales.
  • Direct relative experience and/or a post-secondary education in business and Marketing.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent sales core competencies.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and apply skills in more than one market.

Additional Information

  • Must have valid driver's license and access to a working vehicle
  • Must be available for regular business travel in both Canada and US.
  • Preference will be give to sales professionals that have a had previous experience selling full solutions
