They are privately held, well funded and have recently hired a new management team that is exceptionally experienced and poised to take the company through a large scale growth trajectory. The company currently employs over 3000 people across various offices. In 2012, they expanded their service offering and now offer service offerings to Mexico, Europe and Asia.
They are looking to hire a Sales Director to manage Central Ontario. The Sales Director is responsible for developing and supporting a team of field sales reps.
Managing 9 Field National Account Managers
Budget management of $10M+
Execute on vision and company/team goals with the ability to be strategic and apply business strategy
Must have experience in pipeline management
Experience in solution selling and executing on solution selling management
KPI’s and activity are measured daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually
Must love to coach and manage 'hunters'
5-7 years of field sales management experience and strong B2B sales knowledge
Must be driven, entrepreneurial, have strong communication & presentation skills
Must have experience managing Field Accounts Managers
Experience with Salesforce software is beneficial
This role offers a base salary of $100-130k base with OTE $200k+ along with other business perks.
