Our client is one of North America’s largest custom brokers with approximately over 3000 employees. Last year they extended customs and trade management offerings to Mexico, Europe and Asia. They are looking to hire a Bilingual Business Development Representative (Inside Sales) to their existing Ontario team. The roles reports into Sales Manager.
Make outbound calls daily
Qualify prospects provided by the company within a designated geographic area
Follow up on new and existing leads and manage the full sales cycle
Selling deals less than 200 transaction annually
Schedule appointments for the Field Reps
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
University Degree or College Diploma
1-3 years of sales experience and strong B2B sales knowledge
You must have a proven track record in sales
Must be driven to succeed and want to follow a career path in sales
Must love to 'hunt' new business
Work in the Mississauga office everyday
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Must have strong communication & negotiation skills
Must have experience in cold calling
Fully Bilingual (French)
Experience with Salesforce software is beneficial
This role offers a base salary of $45-50k base with OTE $65k+ along with company health and dental benefits, vacation, and education reimbursement.
