We are looking for a dynamic and organized person who is smart and driven and wants to grow their career. The successful Admin Assistant will assist with SaleSpider’s social media presence, Search Engine Optimization, content creation, and assist the Account Management team in sales support.
They will be very organized, have a professional demeanor, with a strong sense of responsibility.
The Career Path
A new recruit will spend 2-3 months learning and executing office tasks such as social media management, search engine optimization, datamining, sales support, and website support.
Within 3 months, the candidate will be introduced and move into the Sales Spider Ad-Operations team and help manage media budgets and work with Sales Spider’s Account Management team to retain clients.
By the end of the year, the Candidate should transition fully into Operations, and be responsible for multiple digital accounts, social media channels, supporting the sales team, become the “go-to” person regarding campaign questions, as well as have expertise with affiliate marketing.
