Reports directly to President/Manager

General Office Duties:

- filing, data input, ordering forms, product literature, maintaining marketing supplies

Duties:

- Order Business Cards
- Ensure forms and marketing material are current
- Daily Emails: read, assess and respond to accordingly
- Follow up on any client Requirements
- Maintain CRM and client communications
- Book meetings with Insurance providers
- Follow up with Insurance providers and
- Maintain and improve branch business processes by identifying and reporting weaknesses work with advisor(s) in developing & carrying out marketing projects
- Advertise your website, Manage Social Media -Twitter, Facebook.
- Search Engine Optimization (also known as SEO)
- Create a blog –Business Blog

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Post Secondary Education is an asset
- Insurance License is an asset
- Strong Marketing background
- 2-3 years in a customer service or financial services related area
- Strong customer service skills with emphasis on building relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Attention to Detail Incumbent
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Team Player
- Strong command of English and a second language is an asset
