Saf-T-Pak, a Cantel Medical Company, and world leader in packaging and training for the transport of infectious substances and biological specimens is searching for a proven Warehouse Supervisor. Our customers include Federal and State health organizations and a wide range of research organizations including universities, clinical trials, pharmaceutical, and bio-tech organizations.
As the one of the primary points of contact for many Saf-T-Pak customers, the Customer Service Representative provides exemplary customer service by serving all customers quickly, professionally and efficiently. The
customer service representative will recognize the appropriate time to proactively position Saf-T-Pak products and services or direct to appropriate sales person for follow-up. Improve customer loyalty by extending courtesy while identifying opportunities to promote Saf-T-Pak products and training to better meet customer needs. Creating a positive customer experience by serving customers quickly and professionally is the primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative. Major activities include attending to
customer concerns, processing customer purchase orders, and providing information and assistance to customers regarding Saf-T-Pak products and the regulations for the transportation of dangerous goods.
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills
