We are looking for a versatile individual with excellent oral and written communication skills who has a thorough understanding of Simply Accounting. The successful candidate should be proficient in Word and Excel and be comfortable working in Access.
This is a full time position that offers a variety of responsibilities. The finance component of this position includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly reporting, banking and remittances.
The administration component of this position involves office communications including weekly e-newsletters as well as responding to emails and phone calls. Responsibilities also include assisting in event organization and coordination.
Remuneration for this position is $20/hour plus benefits.
