To provide excellent customer support and customer service support to the assigned sales representatives and their customers.
Enter, modify, edit and print quotes.
Review quotes with salesperson, verifying product and costs.
Convert quotes to orders.
Review orders with salesperson.
Confirm orders and print customer acknowledgements if required.
Contact customers regarding ship dates.
Enter vendor acknowledgements.
Perform order management by providing customers with answers to order inquiries while managing all aspects of order processes.
Participates in ongoing sales training and Furniture Division meetings.
Actively provide customer service support for furniture and general line account managers.
Handle customer concerns and questions effectively and accurately, within a reasonable time frame, with the prime objective to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Provide complete showroom support for walk in customers.
Management and maintenance of literature, library, and showroom.
Ensure accuracy and completion of information entered into computer system, and responsibility for modifications when necessary.
Participate in furniture sales meetings, sales assistant/customer service meetings, and provide appropriate feedback.
Ability to work well in conjunction with other departments, as a team.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Excellent customer service skills.
Consultative selling skills are an asset.
Previous experience with office furniture and product knowledge is an asset.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills.
Strong computer based abilities including an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Typing speed of a minimum of 50 wpm.
Detail oriented, mathematical ability, and ability to work unsupervised while meeting multiple deadlines.
Able to work in a fast paced, high-demand environment.

Minimum Grade 12 education.
