About our Client:
It is our great pleasure to be involved in the recruitment process for one of our newest clients in southwestern Ontario. On behalf of our client in Burgessville; we are presently recruiting for experienced Business Solutions Inside Sales in their Kitchener location, will be relocating to Woodstock in September 2013.

Your primary objective is generating new business from new opportunities as well as from our existing customer base. You will sell telecommunication services through warm and cold calling, responding to inbound calls and web inquiries, as well as outbound calling campaigns, in order to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Expected start date for this position is as soon as possible.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ability to actively pursue a large volume of potential and existing customers through warm and cold calling
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to spend the majority of the day on the phone
  • Successful past performance in cold calling, negotiation, selling and closing with preference given to telephone selling skills
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to recognize simple and complex opportunities
  • Ability to position service features and benefits, in order to successfully overcome objections

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants will need to have:

  • Inside or Outside Sales and/or exceptional customer service experience
  • Great communication skills - written and spoken (English)
  • Have a desire to expand your knowledge of technology and the telecommunications industry
  • Above all, have an upbeat personality and a positive attitude
  • Preference will be given to candidates that live in the vicinity of Woodstock, Ontario

The hours are 8:30am to 5pm with requirement for some evenings for trade shows/networking events

Base salary of $28,475/annual + commission, this is a permanent position for the right candidate.

Unlimited earning potential can be yours if you have stellar communication skills, an extraordinary work ethic and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
