As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking candidates for the position of Property Management Administrator located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

Job Description
We are searching for an organized, dedicated and customer service oriented person to provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Resident Manager through data entry of all tenant related information, preparing A/R adjustments, revising aged accounts receivable reports, reviewing rent roll monthly, and preparing legal notices.

 Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Ontario Human Rights Code and other applicable legislation
 Knowledgeable in database management and strong data entry skills.
 Understanding of residential property management or real estate.

Ability to:
 Demonstrate strong customer service skills
 Ensure excellent attendance record and on-time arrival.
 Multi-task effectively while remaining detail oriented.
 Work independently as well as in a team environment.
 Operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
 Be proactive with good problem solving skills, judgment and innovation.
 Demonstrate good organizational skills.
 Be diplomatic, but firm in response to aggressive behaviour.

Education & Experience
 Minimum 2 to 3 years post-secondary education or 3 years equivalent workplace experience.
