As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking candidates for the position of Property Administrator located in Richmond Hill/Vaughn, Ontario.
We are searching for an organized, dedicated and customer service oriented person to provide administrative support to the Commercial Property Management team through data entry of all commercial tenant related information, preparing A/R adjustments, revising aged accounts receivable reports, reviewing monthly reports, and preparing notices.
- Knowledgeable in database management and strong data entry skills.
- Understanding of commercial property management or real estate.
Demonstrate strong customer service and enthusiasm for working with the public.
Multi-task effectively while remaining detail oriented.
Effectively utilize strong interpersonal skills.
Work independently as well as in a team environment.
Operate under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years post-secondary education or 3 years equivalent workplace experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
