Senior Sales Representative SIMMS - Toronto, ON SIMMS is an exciting medical imaging software company, located in Toronto. For nearly a decade, we have provided software solutions to over 300 Ontario and Quebec medical imaging clinics, building on our passion for improving the Canadian healthcare system. We are looking for an accomplished, energetic and self-motivated individual to join our fast growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and partnerships across Canada and the US. You will actively work to drive various initiatives to create demand for SIMMS industry leading software solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: Aggressively source prospects and obtain new business within assigned market segments & territory Provide competitive analysis, and perform SWAT analysis Establish effective lines of communication between the client and organization Take a leadership role initiating new corporate sales tactics and efforts Modify procedures within the existing sales cycle, including revising pricing models, prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, quoting, and post-sale delivery Introductions and presentations of new and additional products or services to existing client base Submit monthly detailed territory reports and projections Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry relevant events Complete and submit localized RFQs Establish & maintain new distribution partners across Canada and the US Work with internal marketing people to create appropriate supporting materials Requirements: Proven track record of identifying, winning and developing enterprise accounts (medical software, device or product is preferential) 4+ years of experience in new business development utilizing CRM and sales tools A history of exceeding sales targets and goals Excellent organization, negotiation, time management & communication skills Comprehension of a consultative sales approach Gather intelligence and work with the team to improve our offering Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment Ability to travel (domestic and international) Develop and formulate effective sales scripts and objection handling tactics Successful Candidate Must Be: Results-oriented, outgoing, and energetic Confident and competent in demonstrating solutions Motivated by achieving & exceeding goals and quotas Customer-oriented with exceptional listening, presentation and communication abilities Strong computer and applications skills
