Minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Software Professional Services
Minimum 10 years managing large customer deployments
3 years experience in large consulting organizations such as Big 4 or SAP
Technical Background, preferably with an engineering degree or deep understanding of software application deployments in CRM, BIBO , Big Data , Cloud and Portals.
Experience working with Customer Loyalty CRM software providers such as Salesforce, SAP , Oracle and Siebel
Strong Portal and brand loyalty management process transformation and strategy experience.
Proven experience growing professional services team
Proven experience working with large global customers
Strong understanding of Enterprise Strategy, Roadmap Building and Financial Metrics
MBA desired; Bachelor’s degree required
