Every Q-end they tell you how this is the most critical qtr of the year and try to work you to death..if you're on top the managers are your best friends but stay there b/c you can go from HERO to ZERO in one week.. And they treat you like a stranger.

If you hot your number you should be making from 100-150 depending on multipliers..

Cons: hard to advance in different swim lanes
Loved the atmosphere and the people. SAP has wonderful benefits and work life balance. They take care of their employees. The only draw back is that it is very difficult to change swim lanes.

There is no typical day. SAP's workplace is dependent on client needs. Where/What you do is driven by customer needs. This entails travel, which can be difficult to balance.

Accurately post all incoming payments received via Wire / ACH to referenced invoice / account.
Research payment if posting instructions are not included & work with AR representative to ensure accurate & timely – more... posting. E.G. Payment of cleared invoice, inaccurate invoice number, credit taken.
Balance G/L from gain/losses on foreign currency payments & short/overpaid payments
Upload Lockbox files to run all physical checks received at the bank.
Balance G/L for various companies though inter-company transfers. E.G. Transfer of funds from parent corporation to segments.
Approve outgoing payments & reject any fraudulent payments.
Process incoming credit card payments though Intrex for both MasterCard / Visa &American Express.
Prepare daily deposits for various banks based on currency & asset allocation.
Prepare Unclaimed Property Reports for all states in which business was conducted.
Prepare all accounts & G/L under my responsibility for month, quarter &year-end close.
Assist in various treasury project(s) including :

Assimilation of new acquisitions bank(s) accounts into our own & develop a plan as how to best accomplish this. o
