Our client, a well respected Manufacturer of Light and Heavy Construction Equipment, is growing and expanding and seeks to hire an experienced individual for a role as a Business Development Manager/Product Solution Specialist. As a candidate, you bring several years of experience in the Sales and Marketing of a Full Suite of Compact Equipment. This position will have emphasis on further developing and increasing the target base of Rental Dealers and Distributors, as Sub or Master Dealers. Your ability to further develop and nurture these Relationships will ensure your long term success.

Other Responsibilities include:

- Light Technical Training to End S, Dealers, and the Corporate Field Sales Force

- Market Research to identify new Opportunities while Producing Competitive Information in Assisting the Field Sales Personnel and Dealer Network.

- Based out of Edmonton, Calgary or Surrounding Locales in Alberta

- Territory: Western Canada

- Travel – up to 50% overall. Occasional periods it will be up to 75%.

Qualifications:

- Minimum; a High School Diploma. An Associate or Bachelors Degree is preferred.

- A Minimum of 3 + Years Experience in Sales and Marketing of CE Construction Equipment

- Proficient Computer Skills; Word, Excel etc.

- The Ability to Travel 50% of the time. During peak periods, it may be up to 75% of the time.

Compensation:

- $100K +++
