A growing Co-op Property Management company based in Calgary has an immediate need for an experienced Property Manager/Office Coordinator. This is an exciting job opportunity to work for a fantastic company.
This job will be assisting the Board of Directors with all aspects of Co-op housing management. Your duties would include, but not be limited to, Accounts receivable, manage maintenance issues, upkeep of scheduled maintenance, attending Board meetings as required, minute taking.
The ideal person would have at least 2 years property management experience and works well in a busy environment.
