Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Be able to lead a generation by recruiting student leaders through a combination of sales leads, networking, school visits, sales calls, and in-field meetings
Have exceptional skills in relationship management in being able to coach and motivate student leaders and drive excitement through our proven 6 step sales process
Efficiently demonstrate account management, by driving passenger sign ups by eliminating obstacles and objections for all students
Enhance the Territory Management and able to grow and solidify the existing tradition in every school
Deliver Quality Assurance by traveling with student groups during peak periods to ensure we over-deliver on every promise

Skill, Experience, and Educational Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience of in sales, preferably with outbound sales
Ability to set and achieve goals and meet deadlines
Results driven and charismatic
Youthful Mentality who enjoys working with teens, young adults, and parents
College or University degree preferred
Driver’s License and own vehicle is required

Salary
$35,000 - $45,000 base salary plus commission, monthly car allowance, cell phone expense, and president’s club awards. This is a full-time position and will be filled immediately.
