I worked with the company for 13 plus years, I can speak to how the management handle their team since I was with the company when it wasd 12 stores and left when it grew to 92. The concept is the best in specialty running, the people who work for the company are true believers in the business. However, the leadership is very much more of intiimidation and the ownership does not respect the team. Often if long term employees move on to other opportunitites they are no thanked or are commended on their on work history and often will not be given a letter of recommendation even if they leave in good standing.
The company is still run like a small family business with lots of politics and back stabbing. I did not leave on good terms so take it for what it is worth.
