/Recruiter for Pharmacies in Canada (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 21 March 2017
Non stop targets to fill shifts, It was very stressful and aggressive.
-They would throw one shift to fill at 5 of us and it was a race to find a Pharmacist to fill the shift.
-We got paid 5% of the hourly pay of each shift worked filled by you.
-Constant target meetings.
-Most people didn't even take lunches because we got emails of jobs to fill and because of targets , we needed to fill fast to meet targets.
-The boss was upset because he heard I wanted to have children in the future and he doesn't wan't people who have kids who have to days off if their kids are sick., so that environment wasn't a field I wanted to stay in.

Relief pharmacist (Former Employee) – Ontario – 6 December 2014
I'm very organized and can endure long working hours. Others can work comfortably with me and will be very relaxed. I update my information all the time. I love serving customers and enjoy solving their problems and answering their questions. I feel very upset when when something pops up that might reduce the speed of service, and try my best to solve encountering issues that might come up when delivering the service. What I like the most when answering customers' questions and seeing the satisfaction on their faces.
