Social Media Coordinator (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 16 February 2017
Overall, working at RPI is pretty positive on a consistent basis. While there's a high degree of competition between yourself and your co-workers, the environment is pretty inviting, especially when you first start. Management is top-notch, too, and very supportive.
It can be tough when you have to pull some extra hours on a weekend morning (although this is rare), but the extra money you can make is more than worthwhile.
Pharmacist (Former Employee) – British Columbia – 13 October 2017
This company charge 70-80$ to pharmacy and pay 30-32 $ to pharmacist.Pharmacist association should ban such kind of company.Non pharmacist staff who don't know how pharmacy profession works and how much efforts a pharmacist has to put ,decide your hourly pay. Ridiculous!!!!!!!
RPI: Not for everyone, but truly a great place to work

It's like I said in the title - if you're not cut out for a sales environment, you likely won't succeed at RPI. It's aggressive, fast-paced, and there's a lot of pressure. That being said, if you know what to expect, and you're the type of person who THRIVES in a sales environment, you'll do just fine.

And ultimately, that's what it comes down to (or at least, what it SHOULD come down to). Yes, it can be an aggressive environment. Yes, the work itself isn't easy. But at the end of the day, you'll come away with skills that you never knew you had, and you'll earn so much money that the positive vastly outweigh the negatives.
Management is top-notch. There's a real level of camaraderie amongst co-workers. And you'll find yourself looking forward to going to work every day.
A great place to work, if you're used to sales environments

I've read a lot of negative reviews about RPI online, and quite frankly, I just don't understand it. It's a sales job through and through - so, yes, it can be a tad aggressive at times. But at the end of the day, if you're good at sales, you'll excel at the job. And believe me when I say that you'll make some absolutely fantastic money.
Great commission, awesome management, real camaraderie amongst co-workers
