Job Description – Seasonal Office Admin

The Royal City Soccer Club (RCSC), a registered non-profit community organization started in 1993, has hosted unique soccer camp experiences for over 150,000 boys and girls for over 20 years. With over 75 locations in Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia, our camps are the most popular grassroots soccer camps in Canada. We are looking to fill several seasonal office admin positions. These positions will start in January and continue until September 2014. These positions will be located at our Burlington head office. (2-336 Plains Rd East, Burlington, ON, L7T 2C8) The duties of seasonal office admin may include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Assist with marketing campaigns
  • Customer Service
  • Data entry
  • Assist with printing and packaging flyers
  • Assist with staff hiring process
  • Assist with facility bookings/permits
  • General administrative duties

We are looking for applicants that exhibit the following qualities:

  • Can effectively work independently at times
  • Organized, team-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Effective computer knowledge
  • Punctual and good customer service
  • Educational background in College/University

Compensation: $12-$14/hour

Hours: Generally 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Starting date: We aim to fill this position as soon as possible. This position is a contract position starting ASAP and goes till September 2014
