An established Employment Agency operating across GTA is actively seeking to fill Receptionist position. The successful candidate has an outgoing personality and has prior experience with multi-tasking positions; possess excellent writing and oral communication skills and customer service oriented.
The duties will include (but are not limited to):
- answering phones and directing calls
- forwarding/answering e-mails
- validating prospect contact information on file
- Scheduling and coordinating.
- reaching out to prospective customers for despatching schedules.
To Succeed, You will have:
-1 year of related work experience.
- Punjabi & Hindi Speaking is a MUST);
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Customer (internal & external) focused;
- Computer literate, (Microsoft Office);
- Able to start ASAP.
