Working 11 hours per day. Learned how to get along with different kind of people / nationalities. Management is good. We always do have a team work. Actually, for me there was no hardest part in the job as long as we will work as a team. Most enjoyable part is when we are sharing ideas to each other.

A typical day at work consist of answering emails, phone calls, and solving problems. Work hours are not strict depending on department but everyone is excpected to be at work by 9am. Management consists of very well educated and respected individuals from around the world.

I learned a lot working in Royal Caribbean Intl. as Bartender.

Working for three brands at the same time can be challenging, but also rewarding learning many different values, strategies and personaliities.

A fast paced environment, where I learned a lot and I was able to prove myself in a fun, interactive and busy environment.

With Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. I was able to work with different people of different nationalities, and I really enjoyed them. I was able to be flexible. I work for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. During my time, management was able to discipline employees in a very balanced way. I enjoyed my job because I was able to see different places while working.
