The RWDI Guelph office is currently soliciting applications for a part time, in-house Lawyer (Ontario LL.B. or J.D.) with 3 – 5 years corporate/commercial experience. Position will provide opportunity to mentor with an experienced senior lawyer and potential to work into a full time position.

• Contract review
• Risk management
• Regulatory compliance
• Employment law
• Insurance
• Corporate governance
• Shareholders Agreements
• Commercial Leasing
• Building relationships at all levels of a company
• Coordinating with external counsel
