Account Executive - Beauty
(Full Time Position)

Rouge Media Group is a media communications company that offers advertisers a preeminent media mix targeting the 18 to 49 year old demographic, including large format murals, event marketing platforms, targeted on -line ad networks and full sponsorship integrations.
To keep up with steady year over year growth, Rouge Media Group is presently looking for an enthusiastic, driven and professional salesperson with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets to fulfill the position of Account Executive for our Beauty network in Toronto.
The position reports directly to the Director of Sales Rouge Beauty. Dynamic, hungry experienced sales people, with a passion for beauty and a drive to win, need only apply.
· Grow sales revenues for the national Rouge Beauty network
· Working with the Director of Sales, develop breakthrough and strategic proposals that will position Rouge Beauty above and beyond our competitors
· Deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets, working with an established client list consisting of the top media/advertising agencies and multinational clients/brands, while prospecting and developing new client relationships
· Become the key liaison between client contacts and our internal traffic and production teams
· 2-5 Years of sales experience with a proven track record
· Must be professional, outgoing, enthusiastic and a real team player
· Experience building strong client relationships
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
· Highly motivated, self-starter driven by incentives and results
· Vehicle an asset
