Natural Supplement Manufacturing company has a vacancy for a General Office Assistant in their Montreal Sales office.
The candidate will:
- Be very organized and able to manage their own time effectively
- Have a great attention to detail (we have many documents with data that must be accurate - from suppliers and also to clients),
- Have knowledge and experience with Sage 50 program and be competent in Microsoft computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
A big asset is some knowledge/experience with import/export industry and/or natural products industry.
This candidate has the opportunity to evolve the initial role he/she will have and to participate actively within the growth of the company.
This is a small, dynamic, and rapidly growing sales office of a major player in the natural products market. Our clients are worldwide. A team-minded individual will fit in well at Rosun.
Sage 50 purchase orders and invoices, producing reports for Business Mgr
Clients: initial contact after a trade-show and maintaining follow-up database
Office: ordering office supplies & sample-packaging supplies, support to the senior staff and owner, following up with courier companies.
Samples: bagging samples, inputting/tracking details in Excel, preparing documents for customs, follow-up that sample was received
Language: English with good French, Indian an asset
Hours: to be discussed
Salary: commensurate with experience and knowledge
