To much institutional environment in the culinary food, not open to healthy fresh product
Dietery Cook (Former Employee), Bellingham, WAFebruary 12, 2012
Pros: residents enjoyed the freshness prepared food.
Cons: staff did not use fresh product for residents.
In serving food to residents, a large amount of institutional food from cans and pre-made products, not enough fresh productto elderly.
