Very few promotions from within. Continuous promises of bonuses, when bonuses haven't been awarded in years - no matter the performance of staff. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. Management sets staff up for failure time and time again. When certain management personnel enter the shop floor, overall attitude of employees change and morale is instantly lowered. If upper management truly wanted people to step up and do the best of their ability, they would stop using fear and intimidation tactics. People who feel worthy go above and beyond. Every. Time. "You are stronger than your excuses!!".
