We are a leading mid-size accounting firm located in the heart of Vancouver’s financial district. We have been providing quality accounting, audit, tax, and consulting services for over 50 years. We are a well managed public accounting firm and have built a solid foundation of clients. Due to growth, we are looking to add an additional Financial Statement Administrator to join our Administrative Team.
Financial Statement Administrator Requirements:
Editing and printing financial statements using CaseView& WordPerfect
Printing & assembling T2’s and T3’s
Performing file lock-downs
Editing schedules in Excel
Preparing financial statement packages for presentation
Preparing & up-dating work allocation sheets
Preparing respective correspondence to accompany FS packages
Assembling & copying financial statement packages and tax returns
Reception relief when necessary
Performing other administrative tasks as directed
Providing back up support to other admin team members
Attributes:
Superior organizational and time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a 'can do' attitude
Ability to work in both solitary and team environments
Creative problem solving ability
Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods
Qualifications:
A minimum 2 years public practice experience, accounting practice preferred
Proficient in working with public accounting software e.g. CaseView template and WordPerfect
Knowledge of accounting software
Intermediate level of Microsoft office suite
Financial statements knowledge experience and an understanding of corporate tax returns is desirable
