Horrible managers
Analyst (Former Employee) –  333 bloor1 October 2017
Rogers has tons of money to spend on useless programs and third party vendors. They are over staffed yet things stilll don't get done properly.
They have a manager coaching program which they spend a ton of money on but unfortunately managers despite this coaching have no idea on how to be respectful.
Literally everyone is a manager or director and it is easy to get promoted if you suck up and manage up well.
I've never worked with dumber people in my life ( some exceptions)
Pros
Great salary
Cons
Poor management

Has it's goods and bads
Customer Service Specialist (Former Employee) –  Kitchener, ON27 September 2017
Rogers is a good place to work.
It has an amazing pay scale and great bonuses and benefits.
The work environment can be stressful. It can also be fun as there are a lot of good people who work there and it's quick and easy to form strong friendships,
Most people who work there are long tenured. They easily average 10-20 years there. This speaks a lot to how they are treated and how they decided to stay.
Pros
Good Pay, Helpful Management, Friendly Environment, Great bonuses and benefits
Cons
Daily Policy Changes, No Advancement Opportunities, poor vacation scheduling, poor shift bids

It is what it is. Long hours to mostly unhappy customers you need to sell things too. Proving customer service is fine but not the greatest customers in the world.

Discount on services
Cons
Its a call center

Inventory Control Specialist (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON21 September 2017
its very difficult to move up in Rogers supply chain department, someone has to die, retire or be demoted. it is frowned upon if you need to work from home. co-workers are great to work with, but can be cut throat if they do not like you. benefits are great, plus you get 50% off your rogers services.

pay is below industry standards

Racism, people only include people fro their own race. They are not fair. and can get really rude sometimes. Not a place if you prefer to work in only Canadian culture

Management has no Soul
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON18 September 2017
Process is top, you are expected to be a robot. Everyone is forced inside a box and if you step out of line you get reprimanded.

Management do not have souls and do not use their human hearts to interact with the agents.

Cannot wait to leave!
