It was fun place to work with an overall good atmosphere. The managers were supportive and they did really cared about your well being and career goals. The co-workers were fun to work with and you definitely learn form each other. The hardest part of the job is dealing the irate customers but if you helped that customer out successfully, it was the most satisfying experience. The job was challenging and kept you busy but you learned a lot about customer service and pick up other skills along the way such as negotiation, sales, multi-tasking, troubleshooting, time management and soft skills.
