The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for administering the full cycle accounts receivable, accurate and efficient data input and liaising with clients to ensure completeness of records.
-Provide excellent customer service to external clients and internal employees and provide a timely response to inquiries and resolve any issues as it relates to the AR cycle;
-Generate and post customer invoices in Navision;
-Track and reconcile branch revenue on a monthly basis;
-Provide assistance to the branch administrators with online A/R entry into Cortex and other online ticketing system
-Monthly filing of A/R invoices
-Work closely with A/R team members in a team oriented environment
-Other duties as assigned;
- 2 years’ experience in an Accounts receivable role would be an advantage;
- Previous administrative experience in an office environment is a must;
- Post-Secondary education in accounting i.e. degree, certificate or diploma or currently enrolled in courses in accounting would be preferred;
-Intermediate computer skills including MS office, database tools and web-based applications;
-Previous experience working with Navision would be an asset;
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
-Customer service focused and has the natural ability to liaise with external and internal vendors;
