The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing the end result of my duties, such as when a trademark or patent registration is issued, or a conflict matter is settled. Knowing the importance of protecting the company's valuable intangible assets and the part my job plays in achieving this goal gives me great job satisfaction.

I have learned alot from my Roche family. I answered phones, monthly reports reallocated AMEX reports, chargebacks monthly billing. Scheduled Photographers events on site and off site.

A typical day at Roche was calling on customers and helping them to meet the pharmaceutical needs of their patients with Roche products.

Enjoyed this position and the company but 5 depts including mine was moved to Germany.

This was my first full-time job. The hours were early, but the pay was great. It was here where I began to learn the importance of time management, as I was waking up at 5am every morning to be in by 6. My co-workers were enjoyable to be around, and the management team was very encouraging.

Learned a lot and truly enjoyed my work until management changed and going to work was like going to prison.

My manager is greater. One of two of the best managers I've had. My co-workers are like family. We all have a great working relationship. I never leave work frustrated and I get up every morning and I never dread coming to work.

A genuine thrill to work at, a solid company, well led, good compensation.

As a practiced researcher, I was able to utilize my experience to contributing to the success of the project. I gained more experience and learned about virus-like-particles and their application for immunization against viral agents instead of using whole virus. Roche is a great place to work and I enjoyed working there for 21 yrs.

Loved working at Roche but wished the job had lasted longer no job sucurity

I had a long tenure with Roche and advanced through my career. I was able to learn sales, marketing, analysis, regulatory, quality, project management, staff leadership and many other great skills that guide my career path. I chose to leave the company after careful consideration due to direct management changes.

Director told me that I have to "go along to get along". Procedures are not rigorously followed and subjective even though it is well documented.

Innovation is often discouraged by management.

Praise in general is not extended on a frequent enough basis.

The pay is good and the benefits are great! The campus is beautiful and the cafeteria superb.

Over the years Roche provided me with enough input and change that allowed me to run with the ball and reinvent myself to stay fresh and engaging to customer. Team members of high quality.

A nice company to work for overall. I enjoyed working there while it lasted. Then we had to move on as we got laid off.

Great benefits. Very slow to adapt to technology/new ways of thinking.
