Robertson & Company Ltd. is currently searching for a mail clerk for an upcoming temporary contract position for one of our financial institution clients.
Works in an internal mailroom environment processing large volumes of incoming mail and faxes. Job accountabilities include: regular lifting and transport of mail bags (30+ LBS), unloading and distribution of courier bags, processing incoming postal mail, sorting and delivery of incoming fax transmissions, delivery of mail and courier items within the business, general data entry
Successful candidates will meet the following skill requirements:
- Previous mail room/admin experience
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
- Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to pass a criminal record check/credit check
7.5 hrs/day, 37.5 hours per week.
Length of contract: 6 months with the possibility of extension beyond that.
Pay rate: $15.30/hr
