The Account Therapy Specialist is primarily responsible for establishing the company as the preeminent provider of Healthcare Solutions through products and processes, as well as working collaboratively with the Account Executive and Service Operations Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy. Position allows opportunities for professional sales development and experience along with potential advancement into a Sales role.

Primary Responsibilities
This position will spend 70% direct selling and 30% relationship building through education
The ATS is also responsible to function as clinical consultant (product demonstration and in-servicing)
This position requires flexibility, autonomy and the ability to collaborate with multiple team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for financial and clinical management in all rental accounts through utilization of outcome based tools to support clinical and financial solutions
Report regularly on current rental revenue trends, conversion status and competitive issues to the Area Vice President and understand and manage utilization and revenue report.
Meet or exceed all sales revenue goals.
Provide clinical consultation to acute care customer base
Maintain expertise on products and Healthcare trends
Collaboratively develop and implement clinical account protocol

Salary commensurate with education and work experience
Car allowance

Registered Nurses (RN) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) are preferred
Other regulated healthcare providers will be considered (Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, etc)

Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Confident and displays leadership abilities
Good presentation skills
Excellent computer skills
Must be able to work in team environment.
Ability to travel as required to manage assigned territory and to attend regional/national meetings
Variable travel up to 30%
Must have a valid driver's license

Work Experience
Must have relevant Canadian work experience
