We are a small company based in Canada looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant/Marketing. Ideal candidates should be out-going and have a strong grasp of verbal/written communication, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Status: Hourly
Work Schedule: Varies (usually days/afternoons, some evenings)
Monday -- Friday, 11:00 a.m. -- 4 p.m. (every other Friday off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer the office phones and take/route messages appropriately

*Manage employee newsletter and communication
*Organize the President's schedule and calendar

  • Maintain client and employee files, according to company standards
  • Help to promote our company as a leader in our industry
  • Attend meetings, chamber events and other community events, representing the company
  • Maintain open lines of communication with President to ensure everyone is on task; this is achieved through routine scheduled meetings
