Roam Mobility is seeking a smart and efficient Marketing Coordinator with a track record of getting things done. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will work to align all marketing initiatives, activities, and scheduling to drive leads and sales.

Responsibilities will include email marketing, web campaigns, print collateral, social media, reporting on various metrics, and more. Candidates must be proactive and possess strong communication skills and the ability to quickly learn more each day.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of marketing strategies and campaign ideas
  • Work with suppliers for printing and promotional goods
  • Write and edit consumer facing collateral
  • Update Roam Mobility websites using content management system
  • Coordinate email marketing, including event promotions and newsletters
  • Assist with tracking advertising spends versus budget
  • Assist with development, maintenance, and growth of social media initiatives
  • Assist with producing marketing collateral
  • Provide other support to the team as required
  • Report on various marketing metrics
  • Project manage deliverables tightly


  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Great computer skills including experience with Google Apps and Docs
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and web page editing skills preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing reporting
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic, proven ability to execute in self-directed, dynamic environment
  • Passionate about technology

Qualifications and experience:

  • Degree level education in Communications or Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant full-time experience
  • Bilingual an advantage
  • Experience in travel or telecommunications an advantage
