Lack of direction
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Seattle, WAFebruary 8, 2016
Pros: Nice lunch room
Cons: Unprofessional employees and management.
Long hours - 12-14 hour days... many people doing three people's jobs. Expected to come in on weekends. Ridiculous amount of overtime. Outdated policies and procedures. No front line managers. People allowed to be disrespectful in the work place to each other and to clients.

Fun Workplace
Safety Intern (Former Employee), Milwaukee, WINovember 5, 2013
Pros: relatively flexible hours
Cons: repetitive work as an intern
It was really nice learning how to work, act, and belong in a professional workplace.

They didn't just give me a bunch of work and tell me to do it; they were able to ease me into it until I got the hang of it.

This is a great company to work for. Great team/family oriented environment. The only downfall is that the benefits are not that great.
