The ideal candidate possesses the following:

• Experience and Expertise in the following areas

--Web development, with a focus on XML and JavaScript (our solution is built using a proprietary XML-based toolset, with future plans to convert to Ruby or similar tool)

--User interface design and development (HTML, CSS)

--System integration using web services

--Working knowledge of databases

--Server provisioning (Windows, IIS)

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in order to communicate effectively with clients for support issues
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team against deadline
• Mobile development experience (iOS/Android) -- this would be an asset, but not required
• A great personality to fit in with our fun working environment!
