Broker (Current Employee) – Burlington, ON – 28 December 2017
I like the management. 100% commission sale is not for everyone, but if you are going to sell real estate this is a good company to work for. The company has offices right across the GTA and is number 1 in sales in the GTA.
Worst Company to Work For - They Throw Their Agents Under Buses
Realtor (Former Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 4 March 2018
AGENTS BEWARE - this company gives you no support & operate like fascists. They are very disorganized & throw their agents to the wolves. Stay away ! They try to bully their employees and agents especially when they know that errors happen due to their own lack of proper management. In this day and age I am very surprised companies like this exist.
Disorganized, Unprofessional and No People Skills or Experitse
Don Mills Branch Broker/Manager (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 23 February 2018
The company has been taken over by people who don't understand what makes real estate agents tick. They are doing everything in their power to improve the brand but in the process are ruining everything. The staff is constantly paranoid of getting fired and the agents are being pushed out over dumb internal policies.
location and look of the office, as well as some staff and agents
Realtor (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 5 February 2018
Being a Realtor is fun. You’re not going to work fewer hours, but you get to organize your own schedule to make it work for you and your clients.Yes, it is a hard work and thank God this is ! That means not just anyone can perform well.
Real Estate Salesperson (Former Employee) – Whitby, ON – 1 December 2017
Being a real-estate agent is like having your own business. A review of the office itself would be amazing as the office manager and reception are wonderful and amazing people and any time you need assistance they will be right there to assist you.

Right At Home Realty Inc. was founded in 2004 and is very good Real Estate Brokerage in the GTA, as well as one of the Canada's largest independently owned real estate brokerage with over 3,600 REALTORS® serving the GTA. Right at Home Realty offers 7 modern and high tech offices with very good facilities for their realtors across the GTA .

No support. Not many go by the book. Worked for free for a whole summer for other agents. Agent robbed me from commission. Older people take the younger generation for fools. The truth is most of them are scammers. Will never go back to get my licence. My bills were so high together with the fees $1700 a month.
Realtor (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 10 May 2017
Right At Home Realty is one of the best brokerages in Toronto. Management is dedicated to their employees and they ensure their agents have the necessary tools and resources to get the job done. I have learned a lot from the RAH Team in terms of policy and procedure as well as day to day operations. The best part of my day is meeting new clients and helping them identify their goals. I love dealing interacting with people! I think with all my experience I've become rather exceptional at addressing concerns, providing advice and handling tough situations as well as negotiations. Paper work, that the easy part!
Administrator (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 27 March 2017
A horrible place to work!!!! Toxic environment, uneducated supervisor/manager, and you're not allowed to take vacation in summer!!!! Even if you're not a receptionist, you HAVE to take phone calls and deal with inquiries that you're not responsible for. Nothing makes sense in this company. Don't apply, unless you're willing to work like a horse 24/7 without getting paid extra.
horrible management, toxic environment, no summer vacation
