This Company is a Joke
Receptionist (Former Employee), Norcross, GAJanuary 14, 2014
Pros: benefits
Cons: management
I was bullied everyday from my manager, everyday she had soemthing to say to me but I came to work eveyday and did MY JOB. I guess she felt threatened. When I complained on her I guess I was a problem so they posted my position and in a week I was told the site didn't want me back, was told they would find me another position which was a lie. I called – more... and tried to get something else with the company but I didn't get any response back. Human Resources also is a joke. They do what they want to do. Beware of the Georgia locations. – less

Productive and lively place to work
Call Center Operator (Former Employee), Duluth, GAJanuary 14, 2014
Pros: they provided morning and evening workout sessions
Cons: short breaks
Very high call volume and we got some very pleasant customers and then we got some very upset ones. But we were always willing to please our customer. I learned a lot more about the company and I was able to better my computer skills. Management was excellent, they stayed on top of things and interacted with the enployees. co-workers got along very well – more... with eachother. We were like a family. The hardest part of the job was when the computors would go down and the techs hand held devices weren't working. The best part of the job was when we held fund raisers for the needy like the United Way and Red Cross. All and all when things got challenging we all came together and got the job done. – less

Okay work place. Productive.
Document Management Intern (Former Employee), New York, NYJanuary 13, 2014
Pros: breaks.
Cons: can't sit down.
Okay place to work. There's not always much to do in the morning. In the afternoon I usually stuffed envelopes and labeled them. Other such work I did was; stuff boxes, stack shelfs, and prepped documents. I learned how to fold envelopes as well as use the machine that folds envelopes. The hardest part of the job was having to stand up while doing these – more... tasks. – less

Not the greatest fortune 500 company
Fleet Manager (Former Employee), Las VegasJanuary 6, 2014
The company seeks 110% effort and pay you 50% of what you are worth on the non-sales positions. Training and development is seriously lacking. They ask you to spend 10+ hours a week looking at a computer screen for your training, but any time you spend not working is frowned upon so you can't train and are repremanded when you don't train. All aspects – more... of the jobs have to be self-taught or training is done by supervisors who are not trained on how to train. This technology company who thinks of itself as leading the industry uses very little new technology to help its' employees. At my office we had a copy machine that was at least 15 years old and was the product of another company. It was not able to print in color either. We had to do reports each month for customers that had to be in color and were forced to go to kinko's and pay out of our pocket to get reports printed. by the way, our company creates copy machines and we were not able to get one. Just a very sad company. – less

Co workers are Great, but management sucks Big time, everybody thinks there your boss.
Associate Technician (Former Employee), Las Vegas, NVDecember 27, 2013
Pros: benefits, thats it for real. no lie, stay away.
Cons: management, to many calls, lots of driving miles, they work you to the ground. everything .
8am to 5pm job, I was a Tech so I clocked in from a device they gave me, they give you a cell phone that never stops ringing all day. They say they want you to do 5 jobs a day witch is great, but they give you 10-15 jobs a day, and all the customer has to do is call your boss to he can be all over you until you get to that customer. My boss didn't know – more... anything about the copy business, he's just a manager so he didn't know how long it takes to fix copy machine issues. I worked there for 2 years and got a 10 cent raise every year. The employee benefits are good, but the fact that I had to drive my car to do the service calls was to much. I put 42k miles on my car a year, they expect you to go as far as ELY Nevada. I'm so glad I don't work for Ricoh anymore, my stress level was just to high. On the plus side great co workers, and 1 hour lunch, when ever you get to take one, they give you a laptop, other then that negative place to work. O yea and no advancement some guys have been there 10 years and still in the same position, sad so sad. – less

Very good company to work for. But need to improve it pay scale for experience worker. Not to start a person with experience from the bottom.
Courier Driver (Current Employee), Durham, NCDecember 15, 2013
Very easy day at work. Do serve customer first. Management need to take charge of the do's and don'ts. Need to learn how to communication with each other. Not to talk about them to other coworker. Know comment. Being out of the office most of the day.

Unorganized company with no leadership
IMS (Former Employee), New JerseyDecember 6, 2013
Cons: low pay, no respect for employees.
I was bullied and harassed by my manager. My manager was a "protected" employee so was promoted when I was let go. My concerns re: management fell on deaf ears.
Company emails and notifications were indecipherable and company seemed to be going nowhere.

A job that brings in different challenges but equipped me with different experiences
Site Supervisor (Current Employee), Los Angeles, CANovember 24, 2013
A typical day at work will be going in to work 8am to 5pm and leaving with every client happy.
I learned how to tolerate different people and possible still satisfy their demands.
My management skill is leading by example. My coworkers are great people and they thank me so much for encouraging them each day. The hardest part of the job is having very – more... limited resources to finish a task. This includes not having enough time or man power to finish the task. The most enjoyable part of the job is see a smile on everyone's face. – less
