We are looking for a program support coordinator for our growing MemberCare team.
As a part- time coordinator on the MemberCare team, you will provide support to a brand’s customers who are using our robust referral marketing technology platform to refer, advocate and engage with their networks.
As a part of the MemberCare team, you will help support the company’s referral marketing product. This position may suit someone interested in pursuing a career in digital marketing or the technology industry. This is an ideal role to gain first-hand experience working in a leading Vancouver based technology company and experience working with some of the world’s largest telecoms, e-tailers and financial institutions.
We will provide intensive training to the successful applicant. This is a part-time position offering 20 hours per week with a minimum three month contract.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Some customer care experience
- Strong QA skills
- The ability to be adaptable and quick-thinking
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- A high level of comfort working with technology
