Good monday to friday job for some.
LPN Client Service Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Surrey, BC18 June 2014
Normally 10 hour days even if only getting paid for 8.
Co workers seem to be the only means of support.
Pros
Later start time in the morning., Some of the staff are awesome to work with.
Cons
Not enough hours in a day to complete all tasks. Quite often work on weekends.

most enjoyable is clients and their needs to help them is very rewarding and makes me happy. typical day as a psw would be cleaning cooking and daily living duties for clients that cant do certain things for themselves do to their own unique situation. the hardest part is not knowing the hours you will receive weekly.

not great but ok work. Not great communication.Lack of scheduling notice. lack of benefits and high turn around of staffing constantly. work hours unstable
