you dont get a meal break just go straight to 8 hours without break, otherwise the tasks cannot be done within your shift.

it is busy but seldom learn anything new or valuable. it is not full scope of practice. not a good place to learn new things. Too many residents for medication pass.

pay rate is too low.

No management help onsite. Rarely seen or heard from bosses. Left to do your work and only negative feedback ever given. Pay is good, but only contract work, no room for advancement, no pay raises in 10 years, same contract always.

They would give you your hours and then expected you to work over your 12 hours cause they were short. They expected you todrop waht ever your doing and run for them and if not they give yiu attitude

The job is paid piecemeal (per visit) which sounds impressive at first... but when you factor in the hours of unpaid administrative work you have to do in your own time... you are working for not much more than minimum wage. They pay under the going rate for your gas and no travel time or wear and tear on your vehicle.

It takes a while to get a set schedule and consistent clients. Have to drive your own vehicle from place to place on a very tight schedule. No compensation for mileage or gas in the city. Very poor pay considering the high needs of some clients. The clients are awesome. Most are glad you are there, others, not so much. The entire system needs an overhaul as the need is great, but the pay is poor.

Training is almost nonexistent, salary is mediocre at best, senior management very reactionary, scattered and unprofessional. Corporate HR needs to take heed about in house practices on how employees are managed.
