Lack of oboarding / training , high staff turnover or staffing cuts due to staffing models. Absolutely no support from upper management (ED). Disgusted with how staff and residents are treated.

Unrealistic expectations of front line staff, creating unhappy families and residents, management blames everything on registered staff who have 30:1 patient ratios and increasingly complex patient assignments, hospitals pay significantly more and they actually stand up for their staff.
