We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional (individual contributor) to drive our SaaS Customer Experience Management business applications sales in our target industries. Our customer base is weighted toward Global 1000 companies in the telecom and financial services sectors. This role requires a high degree of initiative, along with experience in complex, enterprise-wide sales. It would be attractive for someone who has experience selling CEM, CRM and/or market research into an organization and for someone who is looking for a fast growth, fast paced company in a hot sector.
Job functions include the following:
-Sourcing new business
-Leading all facets of a sales cycle, including lead generation, needs analysis, proposal writing, solution presentation and demonstration, contracting
-Managing accounts on an ongoing basis
-Working closely with sales management, consulting team, marketing, product management and legal/finance
Personal attributes must include:
-Tenacity and persistence to ‘go the extra mile' to close opportunity
-Articulate in both verbal and written presentation
-Ability to build credibility with client from ‘first touch'
-Must have innate business acumen in order to qualify opportunity and report sales pipeline accurately and consistently
-Established business relationships from having sold into the market research and customer service groups in our target industries
-Entrepreneurial ‘hunter' mentality
-Proven track record of achieving sales quota
-Have worked at an early stage company
-Experience with a company operating under a SaaS model
-Minimum of 7 years selling complex solutions involving software and consulting services
-Comfortable selling to senior managers
-Experience in selling into or working in the financial or telecommunications sector
