We are a young, energetic and progressive Resort Management business seeking leaders for our continued growth. We operate seasonal cottage resorts throughout Ontario and currently boast 6 resorts in the Niagara, Muskoka, Kawartha, Land of Lakes and Prince Edward County areas and we continue to grow year over year.

We are looking for experienced Managers in the hospitality industry, who are capable of assuming responsibility for the overall day-to-day operation of our seasonal cottage resorts.

Idea candidates will possess the skills, experience and expertise including planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling.

Exceptional people skills are required to operate on a hands-on basis with frequent daily cottage owner, rental guest, contractor, vendor and head office contact, with positive and frequent communication.

The Manager will take responsibility for front desk reservations, cottage owner relations, and housekeeping, cafe, and resort amenities including pools, beach, sport court, boats and playground. They will ensure the grounds are kept routinely clean and landscaped, and co-ordinate the quick repair of all property deficiencies and see the resort through the eyes of the customer. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring services including hydro; water, septic and garbage are working properly and are well maintained.

As a leadership expert, the Manager will lead their team by example, providing on-going training, coaching, support with correction as needed to develop a team with the highest level of customer service skills and resort knowledge.

A solid financial foundation will ensure for revenue maximization and financial management of the resort throughout the season and the Manager will be financially responsible for collecting fees, invoicing for services and maintaining budgets.

The Manager will comply with all company Procedures and Policies as well as adhere to company Health and Safety guidelines and comply with federal and provincial regulations to protect company assets.
